Garlic butter shrimp with a hint of wine and lemon. Ready in about 15 minutes!


  • lbs Large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 56 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ⅓ cup dry white wine
  • 6 tbsp salted butter
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)


  1. Melt half of the butter on medium heat and add garlic. Cook till just fragrant, being careful not to burn.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until they just begin to turn pink. Add wine to the pan and cook another minute or two until the wine is reduced and the shrimp are done.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and the rest of the butter and remove from heat. Don't overcook the shrimp!
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
