Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • teaspoon finely ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Most spices will last about a year. Check the expiration dates before you make your blend. Spices don't go bad, they just lose their potency as they get older!
