Ingredients

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream very cold
  • ½ tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Make sure your heavy cream is super cold. If you're using a stand mixer, chill the mixing bowl. If you're using a hand mixer, chill the beaters. Add cold cream, ½ tbsp powdered sugar and vanilla to a cold bowl and whip on high until stiff peaks form. Scoop out into a bowl and set aside.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. Carefully fold in ¾ of the whipped cream until just combined. Taste and add more cream if desired. You can use the extra for garnish.
  • Transfer to serving dish, cover and let chill for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.

Notes

You may not use all of the whipped cream. Add about ¾ and see if it's to your taste. If you like more, add the rest!
