Ingredients

cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
1
overripe banana
2
eggs
½
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or milk of your choice

tablespoons
honey
or sweetener of choice

teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon
⅛
teaspoon
salt
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add all ingredients, except for chocolate chips to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Evenly divide batter and chocolate chips between four ramekins.
Bake for 25 minutes until puffed and light golden brown.
Let cool for at least five minutes and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
These can also be cooked in the air fryer at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
