Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz single serve container of Greek yogurt about ¾ cup
  • 1 tbsp minced white and light green parts scallion
  • 5-6 tbsp soft herbs (parsley, basil, mint, dill, chives)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp champagne vinegar white or red wine vinegar works too
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • raw veggies & pita chips for dipping
